Sharon Dean

Sharon is the founder and Director of Respect Music which has publishing, management, consultancy and sync pitching divisions. Prior to starting Respect Music she was Director of Licensing at PRS for Music for 10 years.

Sharon is a Board Member of the Association for Independent Music (AIM), and is Director of the London chapter of Los Angeles based National Association of Recording Industry Professionals (NARIP). Through NARIP she organises and hosts 1-1 monthly song pitching sessions in London in front of Hollywood/New York music supervisors from the TV, Film, Ads, Trailer and Games industries. Sharon also personally represents Chris Elliott, musical arranger and composer (Moulin Rouge, Amy Winehouse - Back to Black, Adele - ŒTurning Tables) and also manages Goran Kay ( and Manchester based Franco and The Dreadnought.
